Lawyers for accused deserter Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl could ask to have the case dismissed, among other complaints expected to be argued today in court.
Over the past month, Bergdahl's lawyers have filed several motions expected to be argued today on Fort Bragg. Among those motions, the defense wants the case dismissed because of congressional influence. It also has asked that a second forensic psychiatrist be added to its team and that a four-star general be disqualified for burning evidence.
