Prosecutors have dismissed a charge against an 82nd Airborne Division soldier who caused a lockdown at Cross Creek Mall by carrying an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle for a modeling photo shoot.
Bryan Wolfinger was charged with misdemeanor going armed to the terror of the public after the incident in July 2015. The Cumberland County District Attorney's Office said the charge was dismissed Thursday due to insufficient evidence.
